Welcome to the term and conditions.
This is everything I could think of but, mainly, please be aware that this is currently a one person studio. I make, pack and send everything myself.
There will be times when things will be slower than I'd like and will occasionally make mistakes. I really appreciate your patience and kindness.
Shipping
Orders for in-stock pieces are usually delivered within 7 business days. Pre-orders will take 4-6 weeks to ship.
I will update you via email once your order is picked up by the couriers.
If your parcel is lost or damaged please be in touch via details provided in Contact and I will assist in anyway possible.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if we shipped the incorrect items. I make everything myself and ensure the all care has been taken. However, incase of damaged goods received, please get in touch with me.
Minor Imperfections
Please be aware that handmade ceramics will always have some imperfections which do not count has damaged. Small cracks or tares on sculptures do not count has damaged either. These are unforeseen issues which I cannot gauge when creating a piece of work. I will point them out when listing the products for Sale.
Cancellation Policy
Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Please be sure before making payments.
